Monday 5:30 a.m. - TRX Barre

Run Barre utilizes barre work, free weights, and body weight to target major and minor stabilizer muscles. You will also work on lower body mobility and go through a series of stretches. All excellent for a runner's body!

Monday 12:00 p.m. - TRX Power

TRX Power is a high energy, circuit-driven workout. Primarily utilizing the TRX suspension system, it delivers a full body workout which will leave you breathless but wanting more! Good music, rapid transitions, and some team competitions to finish each class.

Prehab is about injury prevention and relaxation. The first half of the class will focus on mobility work while the second half will concentrate on a head-to-toe foam-rolling routine. Designed to help you recover from big workouts and prepare you for the next one, you will leave feeling amazing!

You will utilize heavier weights and complex movements to build power that will benefit you on the field, on a bike, or during your next race. You will also love the great music and upbeat vibe!
