At Resolute Running we take an in-depth, dynamic approach to helping keep our athletes healthy. We do this by very specifically addressing the problematic areas which runners experience over the course of training with massage therapy.
Licensed Massage Therapist Carol Lewis (LMT, NMT, PTA) has more than fifteen years of experience in the sports field in massage and physical therapy. She works in concert with the Resolute Running coaches and trainers to keep you running strong and healthy.
